These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdbj platform and all services provided on it. By visiting the website, creating an account, or participating in any game or betting service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.3 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and any security codes confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. bdbj will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account.
Section 2: Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
2.1 Deposit Terms
For depositing funds at bdbj, we currently support bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposit transactions are generally credited to your account instantly.
- The account used to deposit must be registered in your own name.
- Depositing via a third-party account or payment method is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Your account must hold a sufficient verified balance at the time of withdrawal.
2.3 Transaction Cancellation & Suspension
bdbj reserves the right to cancel or suspend any transaction if it appears to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant funds may be seized.
Section 3: Bonuses & Promotional Offers
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New account holders at bdbj are eligible for a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.
3.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements
Any bonus must meet a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires placing ৳30,000 worth of bets to fulfil the wagering requirement.
3.3 General Bonus Usage Rules
- Each user is eligible to receive each bonus promotion only once.
- Losses from bets placed with bonus funds will be deducted from the bonus balance first.
- Attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting the wagering requirement may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
- bdbj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
- If promotional abuse or bonus hunting is suspected, the account may be investigated.
3.4 VIP Program
bdbj's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play, and each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit. VIP benefits may be changed at any time at bdbj's discretion.
Section 4: Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbj platform:
4.1 Fraud & Cheating
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method to play games.
- Colluding with other players ("collusion") with the intent to influence game outcomes.
- Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability.
4.2 Illegal Activities
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
- Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
- Placing low-risk or guaranteed bets with the sole purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
- Claiming the same promotion multiple times using multiple accounts.
Section 5: Liability Limits & Dispute Resolution
5.1 Limitation of Liability
bdbj provides its services on an "as is" basis. bdbj will not be liable for any loss caused by technical errors, disconnections, server issues, or third-party service failures. Any financial loss resulting from gaming or betting is entirely the user's personal responsibility.
5.2 Policy on Technical Errors
If a technical error is identified in any game and that error caused a reward to be incorrectly displayed, bdbj reserves the right to void that reward. Affected bets will be cancelled and the original stake amount will be returned.
5.3 Dispute Resolution Process
If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. The support team will investigate the issue and attempt to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe. During a dispute, funds in the relevant account may be temporarily held.
5.4 Cooperation During Investigations
During a dispute resolution or verification process, bdbj may request necessary documents or information. Failure to cooperate or providing false information may result in account closure.
Section 6: Betting Rules & Gaming Terms
6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
bdbj reserves the right to decline any bet for any reason. If a placed bet is cancelled for any reason, the stake amount will be fully returned to the user's account.
6.2 Sports Betting
Odds in the sports betting section are variable and may change at any time before an event begins. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake is generally returned, though different rules may apply in specific cases.
6.3 Casino Games
Casino games are operated by third-party software providers. Each game has its own applicable rules, which are available in the game interface. Responsibility for ensuring the fairness of game operation (fair play) lies with the relevant software provider.
6.4 Maximum Winnings Limit
bdbj reserves the right to set a maximum winnings limit for specific games, promotions, or players at any time. Winnings beyond this limit may be voided.

7.1 Account Closure at User's Request
Any user may request to close their account at any time. Before closing, all outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled or the bonus must be cancelled. Any remaining verified balance may be withdrawn.
7.2 Account Closure at bdbj's Initiative
bdbj may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:
- Any violation of these Terms.
- Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour.
- Failure to provide documents required for account verification.
- Extended period of account inactivity.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
7.3 Self-Exclusion
